Namaskar my dear friends!

I'm Olinda.

It’s my mission to guide you towards
personal growth, optimism and mindful living.
I wish to connect with all people who want to
learn about mindfulness meditation, positive
psychology, yoga, and other techniques that
would help them to enhance their physical,
mental and emotional well-being.

If you feel you are one of these people
and you want to start making your
ordinary life an extraordinary
life, then get in touch with me.

Life isn’t always pleasant. Uncomfortable
and unwanted situations may happen,
and how we deal with them is what makes
the difference. I know because I’ve been there too.

So now I will be here, for you, to share my
best knowledge on how to embrace suffering
and challenging emotions.

My Journey

I started to be a meditation practitioner and to get close to Buddhist principles in 2019. Before that, I was struggling with my self-talk, which was very negative. I used to magnify the negative aspects and filter out all the positive ones, to blame others rather than being responsible and aware of my own thoughts, feelings and decisions. I also used to have the tendency to take everything personally, making a big deal out of minor problems. This attitude, this negative outlook, led me to often struggle with uncomfortable emotions and disorders such as sadness, anger, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

I didn’t live one of the best childhood and adolescence. My dad passed away when I was 13 years old, and my mom was too young and unprepared for dealing with a bereavement as well as for helping me and my two younger sisters to appease the difficult feelings and emotions that we were going through.
So I grew up with feelings of sadness, anger and loneliness that ultimately let me fall into depression.
However, one goal has always helped me move on. That goal was that one day I would have found my own happiness and freedom, in a safe place, surrounded by the right people, far away from where I was raised.

So when I turned 19 years old, I left my family, my friends and my country to move abroad with the hope of achieving my goal.
This life change was the first step towards the achievement of my own happiness. This change allowed me to smell freedom and be able to do everything I wished for.

I started to study acting studies, to travel the world, I went live in America while working at Disney World, and I met many people from different cultures who taught me to change my perspective on certain aspects of life.

However, despite my significant life changes and adventures, I was still struggling with sadness, loneliness and emptiness. My focus was often on what I was missing rather than what I had in my life. I lacked gratitude for life, for myself and for all the important people around me. I desperately wanted to change my life by doing something useful and meaningful for the world. So in 2019, after completing my first year as a psychology student at the University of London, I decided to quit my job and to go to Vietnam to volunteer at different schools as an English teacher.

2019 was the year when my life, as well as my attitude towards it, started to truly change. How? Thanks to what I learned about mindfulness meditation, the principles of Buddhism, the principles of Yoga, positive psychology, and thanks to my personal practice I got to know the real love for life. I cultivated self-compassion and self-love.

I started to be aware of my resilience and strengths. I switched the negative mindset into a more positive and optimistic one. I decided to no longer live a hectic lifestyle. I left all my toxic relationships behind, I learned to say NO to people or to activities that wouldn’t benefit my own well-being, and I decided that stress, anxiety and sadness would have no longer influenced and compromised my life, as well as my interpersonal relationships.

And that’s why I founded Dhyana Centre, so that you, too, can achieve the same state of inner well-being and happiness you deserve. My heartfelt mission is to guide and support people while they achieve success in all areas of their life, that is physical, mental and emotional health, wealth, relationships, and career. I want to help as many people as possible to become the best version of themselves so that together we can help the world to be a better world.

Actions create change.

Start to take actions today to become the best version of you.

My coaching is focused on creating actionable steps to guide you towards personal growth, happiness and mindful living.

Practising mindfulness meditation was the first step I took to enhance my own happiness and positive mindset.

Are you ready to take this step, too?
