What is chocolate meditation?
Chocolate meditation is a form of mindfulness meditation where a piece of chocolate is used as a focal point for all the five senses.
This extrasensory experience will:

- Increase the way of being present with the taste and the experience of eating
- increases the way of being aware of what's around you while eating
