At the end of each session, an email indicating which practises/exercises should be done within the next session will be sent to all the participants. Furthermore, before the start of the course you will receive a PDF-workbook covering all the details of each session. In addition, the physical Dhyana Gratitude Journal as well as the Notebook  will be delivered to your house to encourage you to write down your notes as well feelings during this life changing programme.
